Consumer fees
Card and instant funding charge 2.5%. ACH funding is free. Wire funding requires a $1,000 minimum and a flat $20 fee.
Each commitment stake carries a 5% Sovereign Spark infrastructure fee. Sovereign Spark covers platform compute and verification infrastructure.
Settlement capture
If at least one entrant completes, PayToCommit captures 20% of the failed or forfeited side before the remaining forfeitures are distributed to the completed side.
If nobody completes, the failed side closes fully to the platform under the published market rule.
Enterprise usage billing
Enterprise API access is billed by protected usage. Billing reflects scoped request volume and the audit coverage attached to those protected lookups.
Enterprise billing is separate from the consumer fee stack and does not grant unrestricted access to protected user records.
