Enterprise Reliability Setup
How enterprise teams request Human Reliability API access, how consent works, and what usage billing covers once the application is approved.
Each section is linked and available for Docs AI citations.
Keys stay tied to an app, a purpose, an approved consent scope, and a clear billing lane.

Application flow
Enterprise access starts with the same verified-completion rule that unlocks other Galactus features. After that, the organization submits its use case, contact details, billing expectations, and consent model.
Galactus reviews the application against the declared use case, the requested scope, and the billing path needed for that integration.
Consent scope and billing
Human Reliability API access is consent-scoped, auditable, and billed by protected usage. It is not an open legal-name lookup or an unrestricted people search tool.
When identity scope is granted, the protected response can be tied to the consenting person's legal identity and live HRS history for the approved use case. Approved teams receive scoped keys, usage visibility, and documentation for secure integration and audit review.
That consent can open more opportunities because approved teams can review a verified record instead of an empty file. The record still rises or falls only through completed or missed commitments, not through consent alone.
